It's not listed on the Plastruct site at all... Just their Bondene and Plastic Weld - both of which contain toxins.

Yep - blue-grays, green-grays, etc...
Those area a staple of naval camouflage going back 100+ years.

Well - there are several factors involved, the base tone of the material (wood vs steel), the surface texture and the fact that the wood will absorb some of the paint.
