I have the BCR which is the bottom feed revolution and I think that it feels better than my Badger 150 but both perform well. Try and go to a shop where you can pick up and feel the airbrush in your hand and pick the one that feels more comfortable.

I know that FSM had an issue where they took it apart or it could have been just the nozzle. BTW, I've heard that the 430 is much better because it doesn't have the silver knob that controls the air pressure. I always thought about buying one but went with the Iwata revolution instead. There was an article in FSM I believe where they used some type 3M tape. I can take a look when I get home.
