Look through here clamp-o-rama. I have the restorers clamps and find they work on a lot of shapes, but don't have a huge amount of clamping force.

Active ( http://www.active-tech.ca/b2c/redirect.cfm?pn=2 ) should have the ferric chloride. Drew a blank on the NaOH though.
