I got one and I love it. I used it to scribe the panel lines on the battlestar pegasus and it worked great. So great, in fact, that some of the panel lines could be considered trenches. After a bit of practice, I did the reissue Viper and got satisfatory results.

the only easy-off i could find at wal-mart in the pump bottle was for cleaning stainless steel appliances and another for cleaning flat top stoves. would those work?

i used brake parts cleaner on my 1/72 mk2 viper to redo my crappy paint job. spray it on, let it soak about 5-10 min., and remove with an old toothbrush. didn't do any damage to the resin either.
