Can anyone suggest a good mix of Tamiya colors to create "Cobalt Blue" ? I see it reference in many Japanese kits. Most of these kits are color with Gunze Sangyo color numbers. Unforetunately, Tamiya does not make an exact match, and I haven't been able to find any good color mix to repres...

Thanks for the pointer to the manual - I've lost my original. I did try taking out the long screws, but the lid they hold down wouldn't budge. I was afraid to get rough with it, incase it was going to need real factory repair. Ugh, I dread the idea of shipping it to paasche, the thing weighs a good ...

I'd be careful with Easy-Lift Off. It'll seriously damage poly styrene. I used it on old Monogram kits (Go-Bots Leader-1 in particular!) back in the early 90s and it totally killed the plastic. All the smaller edges became very brittle and would snap off.
