Lighting kits for the 1:350 NX-01

Looking for recommendations for a good lighting kit for the 1:350 NX-01. I find a lot of stuff out there, but I would rather hear from those that have done it. I'm not all that great at electronics, but I would be willing to even buy the components and try to put it together myself. Thanks for any/a...

I believe the vinyl will stick to the styrene, and paint should stick to the vinyl. The vinyl might shrink over time though. I have done a small amount of painting on vinyl. I also own a vinyl cutter (been doing sign work for over 15 years). I could cut stuff, but I do not have time to trace anythin...

if that is not the desired effect, you can try rubber cement. Althought not the exact same outcome, it worked well on my Droid Federation Tank.

Material in the 1/8 Pegasus WOTW Alien

Reason I put this in here is because both 5 min-2 part epoxy and liquid cement are not bonding this sucker together. I washed it real good and even roughed up and scraped the bonding surfaces. Parts come apart and the glue just comes right off the part. Haven't tried CA yet. Thoughts suggestions? I ...

I believe it is a solvent type glue, i could be wrong. Many places sell it.

To glue styrene to plexi, you might want to try 5 min 2 part epoxy.

Either Bestine or Rapid Remover.

Both can be found at a sign supply store such as www.wensco.com

I have seen all these steps done on a P-51 canopy in Fine Scale Modeler. But the very last step was to dip the canopy in Future and let it "drip dry". Left the Mustang's canopy looking like real glass.

I'm working on the Revell Republic Star Destroyer, drilling holes for my fiber optics. I am using a .0160 (#78) drill bit I got in a set from Harbor Freight Tools.
