I am spraying MM acrylic paint thinned to about 50/50 mix.

I am using a single action T&C Omni for some basic coverage and it keeps sputtering. I have checked the seal in the tip assembly and valve and cleaned the bejesus out of it but nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Could this possibly be due to the internal seal in the body of the airbrush? Any h...
