I have used all sorts of brushes in the past, but now I only would buy one of the HP-C style gravity fed brushes.

New Citadel paints can be airbrushed, but they are not very good for this. Older Citadel (Coat d' Arms) are better, but do require quite a bit of retarder in the mix. Hi! So, has any of you come up with a cheaper solution that work just as well? The actual Tamiya thinner costs arm and a leg here and I sure would prefer to use something else.
