I have used all sorts of brushes in the past, but now I only would buy one of the HP-C style gravity fed brushes.

That could also indicate a chipped nozzle.
Probably not but if good cleaning does not correct this problem, check the nozzle with magnifying glass.

New Citadel paints can be airbrushed, but they are not very good for this. Older Citadel (Coat d' Arms) are better, but do require quite a bit of retarder in the mix. I have used distilled water to thin them, but I assume other thinners commonly used for acryllics would work. Yea...I have some 150po...

Hi! So, has any of you come up with a cheaper solution that work just as well? The actual Tamiya thinner costs arm and a leg here and I sure would prefer to use something else.
