Construction is a snap, but painting the clear seems difficult...

Should I paint before constrution, or after???

Does Alclad have an airbrush friendly lacquer clear coat? I am using JT-Graphics decal, and someone recommended Alclad lacquers for the best application of the decals. The ship is already painted with MM Acryl. Would I have to prime over the acryl to to apply the lacquer? Is there a better solution ...

Could I apply the masking liquid to an area of the window that will be exposed, and then glue the window in?

I am sort of new to modeling.
I am currently thinking about building my Monogram Voyager kit.

But, I cannot figure out how to install the windows without getting paint on them during the painting process.

Any help?

Should I be thinning the acrylics?

Is it difficult th airbrush with enamels?

Would it be a good Idea to switch to enamels for all painting?
