A question about converting 12v to 9 v...

I'm in need of some help...I have a project in wich some of the lights are 9 volt, including a blinking stobe board and some that are 12v.

Is there an easy way to, for the 9v stuff, convert my incoming 12v to 9v?

I would like to do it using a 12v power source and a single on/off switch.

Thanks!!

Cheap, simple way for strobes.

I found this at Radio Shack-

http://www.radioshack.com/product/index ... 2062571&cp

It will run 1-6 LEDs an a 9 volt. I cut the board off, removed the one LED that was on it and installed some new wires.

I now have strobes in my NX..

$3.99 + tax.

Thanks for the link though, it gives me ideals!

Lighting the PL 1/350th Refit Enterprise.

Ok first off, I'm a total noob at lighting starship models. I have tried to gleam as much as I can in the sticky threads at the top of the forum, but to be honest, I'm a lost ball in the high weeds. I have a PL refit Enterprise coming. I want to light it. Windows, nav lights, strobes, impluse and th...
