did you give the parts a good soapy wash beforehand? Sounds like there may be some residue left on the plastic.. If it makes you feel any better the same thing happened on my PL Enterprise but I was working with an enamel primer and acrylic overcoats..ended up handpainting the panelling.. not recomm...

Im not a big lighter of models but it is nice once in a whilee.. saying that I do now prefer LED's over Grain of Wheat bulbs.. they seem to be a little more forgiving

check for leaks in your line.. A pulsing effects usually a sign of and uneven airflow that you get from diaphram compressors.. Having the airtank should eliminate this but I suspect a leak somewhere.. check the line first then the fixings then the brush itself.. Does the 150 have a seal in the body ...

Acetone is nasty, but not that nasty. Fumes are the worse. Used to use acetone for making screen prints. Yep, I used to use it too.. taking release agent from recently cast figures.. we used to dip them for a few minutes in a bucket of acetone - no gloves!! made your hands cold and go a little whit...
