did you give the parts a good soapy wash beforehand? Sounds like there may be some residue left on the plastic.. If it makes you feel any better the same thing happened on my PL Enterprise but I was working with an enamel primer and acrylic overcoats..ended up handpainting the panelling.. not recomm...

Darkson, If you know any R/C aircraft modellers have a word with them, its reasonably commonly used in making R/C aircraft wings (when skinned with thin ply) over here in the UK. check for leaks in your line.. A pulsing effects usually a sign of and uneven airflow that you get from diaphram compressors.. Having the airtank should eliminate this but I suspect a leak somewhere.. check the line first then the fixings then the brush itself.. Does the 150 have a seal in the body ...

Acetone is nasty, but not that nasty. Fumes are the worse. Used to use acetone for making screen prints.
