Just for anyone who had the same problem, I have now fixed my booth. Turns out there was a thermal fuse WITHIN the motor windings. I peeled back the covering tape and replaced it with a 110 degree one from maplins - total cost: £0.63. I'm happily back to spraying, after nearly a month of not being a...

I've been using a tamiya spray-work booth since just after christmas, and am very happy with it. I'm in the uk, and so have been running it at 110 (ish) volts through a converter. Alinging lugs on multi-part masters
Does anyone have a good method of creating aligning lugs and holes for fitting parts together on a multi-part master?
I can't seem to find any information about creating an actual master on the internet at all - only about moulding and casting it. Any help on aligning parts etc would be appreciated.
