Just for anyone who had the same problem, I have now fixed my booth. Turns out there was a thermal fuse WITHIN the motor windings. I peeled back the covering tape and replaced it with a 110 degree one from maplins - total cost: £0.63. I'm happily back to spraying, after nearly a month of not being a...

Alinging lugs on multi-part masters

Does anyone have a good method of creating aligning lugs and holes for fitting parts together on a multi-part master?

I can't seem to find any information about creating an actual master on the internet at all - only about moulding and casting it. Any help on aligning parts etc would be appreciated.

Thats great guys, cheers. I was just thinking about the nastyness of breathing in epoxy dust after reading the thread about resin. Is epoxy dust as bad?

Does anyone know where i can get hold of some good wet n dry sanding sticks in the UK?

Hey Seam-filler, since you seem to be Mr. Milliput, could you give me some advice please? I'm having a hard time finding a good way of sanding the stuff. It seems to react very well to heat, and turns into a flat blob on my sandpaper/files, making them useless. What do you use to sand with?
