well....
If you want to make a surface mold and a thin detail part you can cut up to place on the other side you can do that pretty easily. To make a 1-piece mirror image? No, I don't think I have any easy way.

I found Amazing Mold Putty at Michael's crafts store. It's a silicon RTV rubber thick enough to mold over a surface. Handy for replicating detail parts. Then you can use epoxy or resin to replicate the parts.

I don't know of any way to do it perfectly without some serious computer-controlled equipment.
My best suggestion would be to take the design and cut it out yourself (the raised detail), flipping the pattern to make the other side. You could even just make one and then cast it, and assuming you made it right it would flip either way.

And just to build on this: If you don't want to cut the strips, I know Evergreen makes strips that thin, not to mention lots of other things that come in strips, like plastic coffee stir sticks. It just depends on if you want to stick with that scale or go larger or smaller.Lt. Z0mBe wrote:Look at the design closely and scratchbuild it. Seriously. You can do it easier than you realize.
