Does someone have a good info how to build 1:72 ladders or stairs?

Check a architectural supply shop, they sell them "ready to use".
Otherwise - define the size you want (real life object divided by 72), cut some plastic, glue the parts together. No fun in doing that for 1/72.

I made an N-scale ladder the hard way out of brass rod for my spaceplane. It's the little red one in this pic:

I did it by laying two 1" lengths of brass rod parallel about 3/16'' apart on foam backed tape so they wouldn't move then I soldered each individual rung in place. Then I filed the excess solder off and painted it red. Very tedious work.
