Lighting Tutorials?

Hi everyone!

I'm wondering if there exists any tutorials for model lighting. It'd be amazing, of course, if there were some for specific models (Me and some friends are looking to light up the USS Excelsior, Enterprise-D, Vor'cha, and K'vort ) but I realize that's unlikely.

The problem is, we really don't know much at all about electronics. We realize there will be trial and error and much learning on our own. But it'd still be so very handy to have a tutorial or guide to help us out.

Does anyone know if such tutorials exist?

To start... Just scour youtube. You may have to dig to find good ones and such, but there are a few.

I've written a pretty good article on how to light a big model, the 350th scale NX-01, and I'm willing to pass it on to those interested.

Granted, it shows how to use my product, but it also covers how to use LEDs and fiber optics as well.

Toot that horn of yours all you like John, that's a fantastic article, its what inspired me to try my hand at lighting a model for the first time! While my first couple projects were a little rough, once I learned a few tricks I felt confident to try out your products for the first time and used your starship lighting kit in my 350 Refit which really made the model pop. I can't speak highly enough of your products and I'll promote them any time I get the chance!
