Are you looking for decimal equivalents? All the drill sizes you mention, up to 1/2", can be found in a fractional size drill index, listed exactly as you wrote them. (The larger sizes, 9/16", 5/8" and 3/4", won't come in an index, but can be bought separately).

You can look on a drill chart as Umi said, but with fractional sizes it is even easier. Divide the numerator by the denominator. So:

7/64 = .109
3/16 = .187
7/32 = .219
15/64 = .234
9/16 = .562
1/32 = .031*
5/16 = .312
25/64 = .391
5/8 = .625
3/4 = .750

*1/32 bits don't come in a fractional drill index either, most indexes only go down to 1/16". But you can get bags of 1/32 bits for pretty cheap.
I speak of the pompatous of plastic.
