Well I just picked up a Badger 180-1 for $30.00. Unknown if the regulator is included. If not is it a must have? Also, will there be an issue with attaching it to a Paasche hairbrush?

Looks like you're going to need a regulator. One with a built-in moisture trap is probably best.
