The subject says it all. This is going to be my first attempt at lighting a model. I have absolutely no experience with electronics, and I'm trying to learn on a smaller kit before moving on to the Enterprise E.
Does anyone have (maybe left over from your build) the circuit design they used for the NX-01 that you'd be willing to share?

Depends on what you goal is. Do you want to just light the main body? LED strips would fit the bill.

Do you want to light the nacelles? A simple LED wired in would suffice.

As mentioned, there are plenty of YouTube tutorials to help you out.

I'm watching the badgrendels videos right now, but I guess it would have helped to say what I was looking for.
I'm looking to light the main body, the impulse engines, the deflector, the warp engines and bussard collectors. I was thinking of doing the red/green lights on the sides, but I'm not experienced enough to do a flasher by far, and I don't want to spend a fortune on a premade DLM kit.
