The only time I had trouble masking Testors metallizers was when I used Scotch tape. On the other hand, I stopped using Testors for the most part when I started using Alclad II. It is superior in every way.
I speak of the pompatous of plastic.

How do Alclad II's colors compare to Testors Metalizers?

Testors makes Gun Metal, Burnt Metal & Titanium. Are there Alclad II equivalents for these colors?

I'm looking for a good color for Space Shuttle main engine nozzles?

It looks like Alclad II's Steel or Magnesium might work.
