Base Coat Colors For Cadet Series Enterprises?

Post by penguinpc »

Finished the D recently, which I airbrushed light ghost gray which I am happy with.

Now trying to complete the others, TOS, A, B, C, and E, as well as the Reliant.
I will probably be using rattle cans on the rest.

If you've built these, what colors did you use? I know what the directions recommend and this may be what I go with, but wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations.

TOS- Directions recommend "light gray". I used light aircraft gray and I am happy with how it looks.

A- Directions recommend pearl white. (Does that even come in a spray can?)

B- Directions recommend white.

C- Directions recommend white

E- Directions recommend light gray.

Reliant- No recommendation for a base color that I can see.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

That's what I used for the TOS. I think it is a great choice for the E as well.

Any idea what's the closest I could get to that with spray paint?
