Any of you fine fellas know anywhere to get the tubing for a syphon feed airbrush?
I cut mine down too far as before it was too long and wouldn't spray anything, as it was sitting right on the bottom of the jar.
I do plan on getting a gravity feed one, when the Yule holidays are over and the car is sorted.
In the mean time, would this be of any use as an alternative?
Source for syphon feed tubing?

Check the hardware store, they usually have fine tubing for a variety of things. If not there's always USPlastic

I cut it at 90 degrees. Stupid I know, but we live and learn.Max Nex wrote:cutting off the end at an angle (45 degrees?)
I could get a new jar, £10.95 for 10 on ebay, but I would like a cheaper solution .iSteve wrote:I presume just buying a new cap at either of the hobby shops in cost prohibitive? Or maybe just buy a gravity cup that attaches to a siphon airbrush?
Can you buy gravity cups for syphon feeds? That is in the UK, as I've never seen them before.
I'll have a look at screwfix, they are usually cheaper for hardware than B&Q and Homebase.Kylwell wrote:Check the hardware store, they usually have fine tubing for a variety of things.
Thanks for the suggestions folks.
