1/1000 Enterprise Refit window cutting (Saucer Rim)

Guys,

I'd like to light my little refit but am puzzled by an accurate way to cut out the saucer rim windows.

I know paragrafix had a guide in one of their photo etch kits, but I'd rather not spend the price of the kit to get a small piece of photo etch (I live in the UK).

Any suggestions or hard won wisdom for me please?

You could always apply the decals for the saucer rim and use them as a guide/template to drill the windows.
