How do you do this??
Im wanting to attach Plastruct sheet to balsa or Bass wood...what would provide the strongest bond??

Epoxy glue, like Devcon, is available at any hardware store, auto parts store, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, hobby shop, or on-line. At places like Wal-Mart, look in the automotive section.
Balsa should work, as long as the plastic you use to skin it with isn't too thin. Anything .020" or thicker should work.
PS: While you're at the store buying epoxy, pick up a couple For Sale signs. Way cheaper than Plastruct sheet, and it's the same stuff.
