Poly Scale Acrylic

Post by DocTor »

Just bought some Poly Scale Acrylic for $1 each at a clear out. It says to dilute with water for airbrushing. Anyone have any experience shooting it?

If it isn't outdated should be fine.
Used to be my paint of choice.
I recommend using Polly S thinner or automotive windshield washer fluid.
Water can freeze and cause sporatic operation in an airbrush.

Just my 2 cents.

Worse, water can curdle some acrylic paints.

Poly S thinner, or Tamiya or Testors Acrylic thinner.
