More specifically, I got an Iwata revolution, complete with a can of compressed air, adaptor, hose, and brush clearner, for only $115! \:D/ If youll excuse me, I've got so practicing to do. . .

You can get a decent compressor with 1-gallon tank for about $100. that will serve you much better than the can-o-air.

Good score on the REvolution. I have one and like it for general use. Keep it clean, and it will serve you a good long time.

Once I pay off "the parents" for the brush I'll be able to afford a compressor. Until then the Revolution also came with a pressure regulator for the can'o'air, so I think it'll work out fine until I can get a compressor. They had a Badger Cyclone at the store, but I didn't want it because it only supports one brush at a time and I'll probably be getting another brush in the future.

THere's a whole thread about compressors somewhere - it's worth looking at. I have a Senco 1010, and it's been great.

So do I. Do you like it? Is there anything you'd recommend doing while using it(besides the usual cleaning tips)?

I do like the Revolution. Viva la Revolution!

Anyway - practice, practice, practice. Don't paint too thick or paint which is too thick, etc. All the basics. Use the cap, for sure use the cap.

I bought it, which will be a year this August. It is my first double action AB. I find it easy to clean and light to hold.

As TER-OR said... practice, practice, practice. What I have trouble with is using the adjustment screw for the trigger. A friend of mine set mine for me and I have not messed with it at all. I gound setting that made some things easy to do.

I just ordered the cleaning brushes from Micro Mart and I also had purchased the Silent Jet when I got my AB. I figured that I would save up for both and get them at the same time. You will find that those cans (yup, I tried them also) will die when you needed them the most... leaving you feeling like you want to throw the AB against the wall.

You have to save up and get a compressor with a regulator and guage and a tank. It all helps with the learning.

Actually I got a Campbell Hausfield 100 psi 1 gallon compressor for $50 at the Mart of Wal back in February.
