fibre cables question

Post by Phantom »

hi guys,

i see in a lot of pictures that people have excess fibre optic cable coming out of the front part of their kits and i was wonder how you go about trimming those so that they dont go all the way through the holes you have made for them?

i heard someone say you can melt the end of the fibre optic cable but what is the best way to do that if it is true?

The fibers are extended through the skin so the ends aren't painted over. Once you finish painting the kit, trim them off with a flush cutter (looks like a wire cutter).
