ALPS MD 5000 question

I have an ALPS MD 5000 printer that is not working. Its been sitting in storage for a long time. I want to place it up on ebay to sell as parts.

I want to verify whether or not it has the dye sublimation upgrade. Does anyone here who has one know how to verify this part?

All I see is a number on the part MX9B0058H, but I do not know if that is the upgrade or if that is the placeholder for the upgrade.

Anyone know?
