Looking for a simple two-bulb setup

I'm looking for a self-contained LED unit that has two bulbs. Ideally, it would be able to have one bulb on for a few seconds, then turn it off and turn on the other one. I don't really have space for a controller board, and I still need to fit the power supply (battery would be best).

Can anyone recommend a setup that would work? Space is gonna be tight, around 1/2-inch long and wide and maybe 1/4-inch tall.

I don't know of any pre-built units, but the project in the following link looks pretty small...

I would email Evans Designs. I've asked them to give me two LEDs that blink at the same rate. I'm sure they can accommodate your ask.
