Soft99 polish/compound ???

Came across this Hase VF-0S buildup on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fU4W0ncGWxw

The guy uses an enamel wash for panel lines then uses a product called Soft99 (9800/red) to magically erase the wash that got outside of the panel lines.
