Mr Mark Softer question.

Post by Gauge »

Ive used Mr Mark Softer on decals for a few models. Ive followed the directions I found on the internet and I'm still not completely happy. I apply the softener about an hours after I apply the decal and it wrinkles up like Ive read that it would, but even days after the decals have dried I still have a few wrinkles I'm not satisfied with. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing a step? They look good when it comes to panel lines and what not, but the few wrinkles bother me. Any Ideas? Thanks.

I apply it soon after I pit the decal on and dabbed off the excess water.
Never had a prob and experienced very little curling.

HTH.

P.S.: Got a link to those instructions?
