Painting clear pieces -

Post by simster »

With MM Acryl 'clear' colors - Any tips to prevent the streaking/buildups? I usually try to do this by brush - I suppose the airbrush is better?

Tips?

Airbrush is the weapon of choice, but you can also mix the clear paint with thinned clear gloss (or even Future) and dip the parts to achieve an even, streak-free coating.

Multiple coats will be your best bet. Thinned as Joe said...
Flow them on rather than brushing.
