Here is my circuit for my 1/1000 scale Enterprise B saucer. Is is good or bad?

If you insist on using a 9V circuit, then use 3 LEDs in series - that way you can skip using the resistor.
Otherwise I'd agree with Scott - just use two AA or AAA's (or a 3V wall-wart) and wire all of your LED's in parallel. That way you can also skip the resistor.

For one LED it looks fine.
Why don't you skip the battery's all together and go with a 9v wall wart instead. Connect up to a jack inside the model and use the plug when needed. This way you don't have to fumble with creating access to your battery. Just make sure your jack and plug are the same size. I use 2.1mm with 9v power supplies. Works well enough and I don't buy battery's.
