I'm kinda in the same boat but Colorado has a very mild winter. It's 50 degrees at 11:00 am I think by 2:00 it should hit sixty and I have several carboard trays loaded with masked pieces to be sprayed. It I don't get it sprayed today though that might be my chance for a week.

I'd agree that you should drill before painting. What I did on my voyager was drill the windows then I sprayed the parts then I assembeled. I had to respray the seams after I puttied it worked out ok

My circuit uses about 80 LEDs each at 20ma 80*20=1400 so wouldn't all 80 draw around 1.4 amps in total?

Yes micro solutions I believe made it. It is defiantly the white glue type. It brags about being water proof after it dries so I was doubting that soapy water would help. After I filled the windows of my voyager model with it lots of bubbles and uneven ness appeared so I'm hoping to remove it.

Is there any way to remove crystal clear(sp)?
