I have a very small, simple multimeter. How do I check the resistance for each led? Put the probes on each lead and turn the dial to the omega symbol? Then what? I figured it out. I rewired in parallel and it works now. Strange thing though, the nine volt lights everything up, but the original two double A power pack will not. I'm reasonably sure they were in parallel. No resistor attached. Connections were clean. All les posts were facing correctly.
