If I want to cast some simple shapes from west systems epoxy (cubes and the like) and I'd like to know what the best release agent/casting method would be.

From a modeling standpoint, I would rather have a setting mostly non-Earth. I mean yes, Earth is obviously part of the human equation, and will probably be highly featured, but it's much easier to model (for me), say, a ficticious mining station on Mars than to try to reproduce the look of something...
