I’m new to the world of 3D printed models. I have a couple of questions:

1) Do they need to be washed before priming, they way a Resin kit does?

2) Do they sand well? Or will it require a course sand paper?

Years ago I tried using the Tamiya flat base on a model and it just frosted the whole thing. So my question is what am I supposed to use to get a gloss or flat coat with these bottled acrylics? I am so dismayed that Tamiya has discontinued their TS-80 and TS-13 spray clears and I have no idea what t...

So much for May. The primmer has been missing for over a year now and now their Acrylic paints are all but gone too. WTF! Anyone know anything else or heard anything?

Question about using Testors metalizer sealers

1: will it harm an Acrylic paint undercoat?

2: Will it give said Acyric paint that is flat, a metalic finish.

I'm totally new to using metalizers and not sure how to use them.
