Thanks for the tip chief, I'll investigate that in the morning. And in a supreme act of coincidence, the 'topic reply notification' for this thread arrived in my Inbox at the same time as an email from Andy on that website I mentioned! Mad or what?

The only thing I'd say here is that a cotton swap dipped in nail polish remover, run along the surfaces to glue, will remove the paint nicely. Not too much though, and use a light touch, otherwise you'll get dribbles onto the finished surfaces.
