NX-01 Mask and Lighting
Folks, just got in a Polar Lights 1/350 NX-01 Enterprise. Does anyone have any expierence in lighting this model? It already comes pre-drilled with some pretty big holes. Also, the instructions call for masking with three different colors, but doesn't really provide the aztek pattern. Any advise on ...

Thanks TER-OR. I've beend doing some more reading and it looks like Alclad II might be the way to go. SNJ require a lot of buffing and those two models are huge. I thought my air pressure was too high and I was painting too far away as I am trying to cover large areas. I'll give it a try with my bottom feeder this weekend at lower air pressure and ...

Airbrush City Airbrushes
Got a couple of airbrushes from Airbrush City. One gravity and one siphon (along with a compressor w/moisture trap). Being new to airbrushing and after reading numerous articles (before I discovered this forum) I used the gravity first. Pretty good I guess, but after taking it apart to clean, one of...

Future as seam sealer
Just throwing it out there ... I use future and baby powder (non-medicated) and it makes a great seam sealer/covering agent. Some future and enough powder stirred together to make the consistency you want. Dries to a white finish and is sandable. Put it on sparingly and just where you need it or you...
