Slow down blinking LED

Any way of slowing down a blinking LED?

If it's one of those with the blinky circuit built into the LED (an all-in-one), then no, I don't think there's a way to do it

One reason I use 555 Timer circuits or OP Amps to run my blinkers - I can custom set the blink rate in the design

It is a self blinking LED. Speed seems to be good for use as a strobe, but far to fast for the red and green running lights on the upper saucer.

Sparky's clips show the op-amp in it's standard mode

Slowly brighten - slowly fade to black

That's typical of op-amp blinking
