enamels or acrylics?

I'm just getting back into modeling and have purchased my first airbrush but can't decide yet between working with enamels or acrylics. I would appreciate any advice that you might offer a novice painter.

Acrylics are a lot easier to work with, that's usually what I use anyway. I'm sure there's a good case to be made for enamels, but I'm not the one to make it.

It's hard to beat water cleanup with an airbrush.

Go acrylic and don't look back. Enamels are more pain than their worth, not that they don't have some strong points.

Enamels always gummed up my airbrush. Acrylics and Lacquers are the only way to fly.
