Anyone have opinions on Tamiya bottle primer vs. rattle can?

I love the Tamiya rattle can primer. Love it. A little pricey, but worth it IMO. But I was looking at the Tamiya bottle primer, which costs a lot less... and was wondering if that would be a way of saving money without sacrificing quality. Anyone?

I have a couple of questions about Tamiya's bottle primer too.

Does it have a paint-well cap like the old square Mr. Surfacer bottles had? Those were great and I miss them so much.

Can you remove dried Tamiya bottle primer 99% isopropyl alcohol?
