Stronger Decal Setting Solution Than Micro-Sol
I haven't looked through the sticky thread on decals, but is there a stronger setting solution than Micro-Sol available?

Solvaset is alcohol based while Micro-Sol is acetic acid based, i've found that if a decal won't settle down with Micro-Sol, it will with Solvaset.
Solvaset works good on older Cartograf decals and Tamiya kit decals.
There's also Mr. Mark Softer, DACO Strong, and Champ (if its still around) that are all for thicker decals.

A friend told me that a two or three drops of acetone in Microsol will encourage thicker decals. I have never tried this myself and I would certainly want to try it on a spare decal before I ruined the lot.
In the UK we have Carr's "Decal Set" which I think is alcohol-based. This is pretty good stuff for thick decals.
