Sparkchaser Lighting Kit

I purchased a Sparkchaser lighting kit for the Ertl Enterprise-A a few years ago. I never used it and I was trying to figure out if I can convert it for my 22" TOS Enterprise I am working on. Is there any way I can get any of the flashing strobes to stay steady on? There are three and I will likely only need one. The other two would work great for the bridge and lower sensor array. If anyone can answer this question or, give me an alternative solution, that would be great!
