decal question
Does anyone here on Starship Modeler know an economical way to make small decals without buying a bunch of equipment or someone who can do a couple sheets of tiny decals?
If it's a decal to be put on a white model....it's easy. Get some inkjet or laser paper from one of the many vendors that sell it, create the art and print. When you need a white decal for a dark surface is when things get difficult.
The subject of decals start to finish is a little bit to big to cover in any kind of detail here. Software, paper and printers would take more space than what would be practical here. I worked in the decal biz at one time.....and it can get complicated. Testors sells a small decal kit you might try for small simple decals.

Or if the design is simple enough you can print it on white decal paper and carefully trim it out. Get MicroMark's decal pack and give it a try, it fun.
Or be prepared to spend $30+ on a single sheet of 8.5x14 and have someone Alps print it for you. Well, and convincing someone with Illustrator to assemble said decals.
