Dave, it doesn't look like too much of a problem. I have a mold sitting downstairs that looks like what you could use as a perfect reference, give me a day or two to fish it out and post a tutorial for ya.

It's all in the angle you put your master part in. It should NOT be vertical when you pour rubber/resin.

This can be done in a one piece mold if you don't need the details on the reverse size. Just plug the hole with putty, glue down the edges to the bottom of the mold box and pour your RTV.
