Is 202 sandable (wet or dry) after it has fully cured? And if so, what is it's consistency?
And where is a good place to buy this online, and are there any sizes smaller than a gallon?

When you use this stuff...please be sure to have very good air movement or a good respirator...the fumes are not nice....and wear gloves....and...
DO NOT TOUCH YOUR MOUTH OR EYES TILL YOU WASH UP !!!!!!
Other than that..heat the resin a bit..as well as the molds...it usually helps the resin cure faster and harder. Also, heat lowers the viscosity so the material flows better ( keep in mind that it also causes it to cure faster..it's a trade off...better flow/work faster
it's a pretty hard resin when cured...you should have no issues with sanding ( provided it's fully cured )
I usually "post cure" my parts while they're still in the molds for a faster ( tack free )cure....1/2 hour at 180 deg. then allow to cool
