Castrol Superclean

I've used this stuff before to take off paint and it works great. I need to remove paint from a model that has been glued together and the seams have been filled with putty. My question is will it mess with the glue or puttty? I was wondering what to expect...

It may take the putty off depending on what kind it is.

Lacquer based putties like Bondo, it will kill just like any paint. Aves and Milliput, it will remove as well, turning them into a crumbly goo reminiscent of some types of cheese.

I hope this helps.
