Dimensions of the lighting kit for the PL TOS Enterprise?

I've got a conversion kit in the works for the Polar Lights 1:1000 TOS Enterprise and I need to know whether the circuit board for the nacelle lighting kit(s) will still fit in the nacelles so I can say so in the instructions, since I had to cut them down by about 1/3 for the conversion.

I have a pair of CultTVman's Ultimate warp lights...
Is that the ones you need a measurement of?
