Opnion on Enterprise D flashing light colour and speed

Post by sillyface »

Hi all,

Putting in an order for a lighting kit. But before I do I need to be sure on the colour of the flashing lights speed and colour.

My eyes tell me that they are ALL yellow and all flash at the same time at the same speed.

What do your beady eyes tell you?

For my Enterprise-D (which I've chosen to base on the original 6-footer), the only blinking lights I have are one behind the bridge and one just in front of the tractor emitter.

The rest of the navigation lights will all be "steady on," with white leds for the front and back, red for the left, and green for the right.

Between choosing a lighting plan based on two or (3) studio FX models can lead to confusion

The common wisdom is that only the anti collision strobes flashed (6) located top Bridge, top /bottom aft Warp Engines and keel (bottom of engineering hull)

Other running lights where steady on. White... Bow, red Port, green Starboard. Four lamps red/green also located aft on the pylon...
