What's the deal with Tamiya Primer?

Has it been discontinued? Everyone I usually buy from have been out for a long time. I checked Tamiya's website, and nothing comes up for it. I am rather bothered because it's my favorite primer. I was going to experiment some more with the bottle primer... suggestions?

I think they ran into some labeling issues with the cans again and are redoing them.
